Auto-Freeze Feature

1. 1. In your top right hand corner, click your name.
   2. A dropdown will open up and you may click “My Company”
   3. On your company page, go to the “System Configuration” tab
   4. In the System Configuration section, key in the number of days you wish to trigger the following events.
      

       

   5. • Invoice Overdue After X days

Unpaid invoice will flag to Overdue after x day(s). Set it to 0 if you do not wish to activate this feature.

Revoke tenant accessible smart lock when invoice(s) remain Overdue after x day(s). Set it to 0 if you do not wish to activate this feature. Note: Gateway required for this feature.

Automatically power off smart meters when invoice(s) remain Overdue after x day(s). Set it to 0 if you do not wish to activate this feature.

Once satisfied with the information keyed in, scroll down to click “Submit”
