To add the Smart Lock to the ibilikPlus system, you will first need to download the ibilikPlus mobile application. 

 How to Add Smart Lock using ibilikPlus
  1. Open “ibilikPlus” App
  2. Click “Smart Key” in the bottom middle of the screen
  3. Click the “+” button
  4. Tap the smart lock to ensure it is active. It should produce a sound mentioning “Please add a Bluetooth administrator”
  5. Click the active lock to add the nearby lock
  6. Set the lock name as desired
 
 
How to Download and Access using TT Lock

To retrieve your TT Lock Log-in, you may do the following.

Open ibilikPlus App > Click Profile Icon (Top Right) > Click My Company > Click Integration > View Lock Username

Your password is identical to your ibilikPlus’ password.
How to Add Smart Lock using TT Lock
  1. Open “TT Lock” App
  2. Log-in using the account retrieved
  3. Click the “Menu” in the top left corner, then click “Add Lock”
  4. Select “All Locks”
  5. Tap the smart lock to ensure it is active. It should produce a sound mentioning “Please add a Bluetooth administrator”
  6. Click the active lock to add the nearby lock
  7. Set the lock name as desired
 
 

 

Should lock be unable to integrate despite following the above steps, please refer to the steps below

1. Check the wiring of the Smart Lock and ensure each wire is connected to the correct point (not reversed etc)

2. Remove the batteries from the lock so it turns off and then add the batteries back to the lock to restart it.

How to delete smart lock via mobile app?
  1. Open “iBilikPlus” App.
  2. Click “Smart Key” at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Select a Lock from the list of locks that you want to delete.
  4. Click “Info” and click “Delete Lock”.
  5. In the pop-up, click “Yes” to confirm.
How to transfer smart lock?
  1. Open “iBilikPlus” App.
  2. Click “Profile” at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Click “Transfer Lock”.
  4. Proceed to select which locks you wish to transfer.
  5. Key in the recipient’s lock vendor account and press “Next”.
