IC Cards

To add a IC Card to the Smart Lock, you may follow the respective guides below. Please do take note of the type of IC Cards available.

IC Card Types
One-time
Passcode will be suspended within 6 hours of creations for security reasons.

Permanent
Passcode must be used at least once within 24 hours of creation. Passcode will otherwise be suspended within 24 hours for security reasons.

Timed
Set the Passcode’s Start Date and End Date based on the time intended.

 How to Add IC Card using iBilikPlus
  1. Go to the Smart Key section
  2. Click the desired lock
  3. Click IC Card
  4. Click the + button
  5. Select the IC Card Type (Refer to IC Card Type above)
  6. Set the IC Card name
  7. Click Submit
 
 
 
How to add Smart Lock using TT Lock

To retrieve your TT Lock Log-in, you may do the following.

Open ibilikPlus App > Click Profile Icon (Top Right) > Click My Company > Click Integration > View Lock Username

Your password is identical to your ibilikPlus’ password.
How to Add IC Card using TT Lock
  1. Open “TT Lock” App
  2. Log-in using the account retrieved
  3. Click the desired lock
  4. Click IC Card
  5. Click the + button
  6. Select the IC Card Type (Refer to IC Card Type above)
  7. Set the IC Card name
  8. Click Submit
