How To Create/Update/Delete Products?

  1. In the Menu on your left, click “Control Panel” and select “Master Product”.
  2. Click “+ New Product” to create a new product.
  3. Select the Group and provide the product name as well as any relevant description.
  4. Tick the checkboxes if you want the product to be selectable as an Income, an Expense or a Listing item.
  5. Select the relevant product tax if needed. 
  6. Click “Submit”.

How to create/update/delete products without Bukku Integration?
  1. In the Menu on your left, click “Control Panel” and select “Master Product”.
  2. Click “+ New Product” to create a new product.
  3. Select the Group and provide the product name as well as any relevant description.
  4. Tick the checkboxes if you want the product to be selectable as an Income, an Expense or a Listing item.
  5. Select the relevant product tax if needed. 
  6. Under the “External System” section, adjust the Bukku information accordingly.
  7. Click “Submit”.
How to create a product for booking chargeable items?
  1. In the Menu on your left, click “Control Panel” and select “Master Product”.
  2. Click “+ New Product” to create a new product.
  3. Select the Group and provide the product name as well as any relevant description.
  4. Tick the checkboxes if you want the product to be selectable as an Income, an Expense or a Listing item. Ensure “Listing Item” is ticked. 
  5. Select the relevant product tax if needed. 
  6. Click “Submit”.
How to create/ update/ delete products for invoices/expenses?
  1. In the Menu on your left, click “Control Panel” and select “Master Product”.
  2. Click “+ New Product” to create a new product. Alternatively, click an existing product to update/delete it.
  3. Select the Group and provide the product name as well as any relevant description.
  4. Tick the checkboxes if you want the product to be selectable as an Income, an Expense or a Listing item. Ensure “Listing Item” is ticked. 
  5. Select the relevant product tax if needed. 
  6. Click “Submit” or “Delete” according to the intended purpose.
