How to Read Dashboard

The top blue section refers to the current active tenancies, properties, units and rooms under your company.

The General section shows your company’s remaining credit balance and auto-collection amount.

The Rentable Space section shows your total rentable space, the vacancies and the occupied rentable space.

The Tenancy Expiry Status section shows how many tenancies are expiring in the coming days.

The Rental Collection section shows how much rental is due in the coming days.

The Rental Collection Pie Chart shows the monthly summary of rental collection.

The Invoice Pie Chart shows the monthly payment status of all invoices.

The Tenancy Bar Chart shows the total monthly payments categorized by payment methods.
