Property Settings

      1. In the Menu on your left, click Property and select Property Settings.

      2. Click the Property in which you want to adjust it’s settings.

      3. Find the Unit or Room you wish to edit and click the Edit Icon.

 

      4. Here, you may update the unit and room information accordingly. Do note the required information for Unit are Size (Sqft.), Preferred Gender, Cooking Facilities, Fridge, WiFi, Washing Machine & Cleaning and the required information for Room are Bed Type, Bath, Aircond & Window.

       5.Once completed, click the Save button.

What is Pay Now/Pay Later?

Pay Now/Pay Later is a feature that will allow the items listed in the Booking Settings to be either paid as part of the Booking Fee or as a second payment after the initial Booking Fee is made.

Typically, should the items be selected for Pay Later, it will be created in an invoice upon the initial Booking Fee is collected and the booking has been approved.

What is ZERO Deposit?

ZERO Deposit refers to not collecting deposits. Typically, if you want to purchase the insurance from our system to insure your rental property during the tenant’s tenure period, you may not collect the deposits.

How to generate and share a booking link?
  1. In the Menu on your left, click “Property” and select Booking Setting.
  2. Select the desired unit or room that you wish to enable the booking and click the edit button.
  3. Tick “Enable Booking” to allow the room/unit to be available for booking.
  4. Once completed, click the “Save” button.
  5. Then, click the Share button.
  6. Select the Move In date and Move Out date accordingly or leave blank if optional to the tenant.
  7. You may then copy the message shown to send to the tenant.
How to create booking on behalf of the tenant?
  1. In your Menu on your left, click “Booking”.
  2. Click the “+ New Booking” button.
  3. In this booking form, select the listing created previously that you want to create the booking for and fill in the relevant tenant details and payments to be collected.
  4. Once done, click “Create Booking”.
How to share a payment link if a booking has been made without any payment?
  1. In your Menu on your left, click “Booking”.
  2. Find the booking which you want to share a payment link for and click it.
  3. When viewing the Booking, click “Share” in the top right-hand corner and select “Go To Payment”.
  4. Copy that link and share it to the relevant parties.
How to approve a booking?
  1. In your Menu on your left, click “Booking”.
  2. Find the booking which you want to approve and click it.
  3. When viewing the Booking, scroll down to click “Action” and select “Approve”
