How To Purchase Insurance

To access the purchased Insurance, simply open the Menu, click Insurance  and select Insurance.

Here, you will be able to have an overview of all the insurance policy bought. You can also easily filter through the insurance policies via the filter button in the top right corner.

To purchase an Insurance, you need to ensure you have already an eAgreement that is signed. To learn how to sign an eAgreement, please click here.

You may follow the steps below to purchase Insurance.

      1. In the Menu on your left, click Tenancy.
      2. Find your desired Tenancy and click the Tenancy Code (written in blue)


      3. On the Tenancy page, look for the eAgreement section and click + Insurance.


      4. Select the eAgreement you wish to use to apply for Insurance.


      5. You will then be shown the Insurance packages available and you may select the Insurance package you want. The options available will depend on the tenancy period and rental.


      6. Once you have selected your desired Insurance, you will be shown the details of the package. You may upload any necessary attachments. Once completed, you may choose to Select Another Plan if you are unsure want to change package or you may choose Submit to proceed.


      7. Once submitted, the Insurance information will be viewable by the tenant. The tenant will then need to proceed with payment. Once paid, the insurance company will review it and upon confirmation, you may view the insurance information here.

How to make payment for the insurance?
  1. Firstly, do note that payment is done by the Tenant. Agency users only assist in selecting the Insurance packaging and applying for it.
  2. In the Menu on your left, click “Insurance” and select” Insurance”.
  3. Select the insurance you wish to make a payment for.
  4. It will redirect you to the payment website in which you may proceed to make payment via Payex.
How to view the insurance policy?
  1. In the Menu on your left, click “Insurance” and select “Insurance”.
  2. Select the insurance policy you wish to and click “View More”.
  3. In the Agreement Information section, click the “View” button next to the Agreement Code.
