How To Pay Activation Fee

To pay the activation fee, you may follow the instructions below.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Towards the top of your screen, there will be a green bar reading “Your free trial is ending in X days. Activate anytime to keep your trial period!”. Click “Activate”.

   
    3. You will be taken to the “My Subscription” page. Under the “Activation Fee” section, you will see “Pay RM386.90 now”. Click it.

   
     4. On the payment page, select your preferred payment method and key in your details accordingly to proceed with the payment.

   
     5. Once payment has been made, you will be taken back to the iBilikPlus main page and the activation fee will be marked as paid.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the free trial period for?

The free trial period is 24 hours from the time of verification of your account.

Once the free trial has expired, you are required to pay the activation fee to continue using your account.

My trial period has ended already. How do I proceed with paying the activation fee?

You may contact our team via our support channels to send you an invoice and a payment link to activate your account. 

Once done, our team will help to activate your account.

Are all the features available in the free trial?

Unfortunately, no. However, a majority of the features will be available. Should you need further clarification on this, kindly reach out to our support team.
