How to Clear Balance From Meter

Sometimes you want the meter to start fresh when a new tenant moves in. Follow the steps below to easily  clear the meter’s balance to ensure the meter has no credits and your new tenant will have a clean slate to start from.

1. Open the menu
2. Click Smart Home and select Meter
3. Choose the desired meter
4. Click Action and select Clear Balance
5. Proceed to Sync Meter
