How To Sign Up For An iBilikPlus Account

In order to sign up for an account as an Agency User, head on over to our system’s website, go.ibilik.com to register.

  1. Select “I am Agency”.
  2. Click “Sign Up Free”.
  3. Fill in the following information accordingly.

    • Your work email address
    • Your company name
    • Your name
    • Phone Number
    • Company Domain
    • Password
    • Confirm Password

    A unique domain for your company. Min: 2, Max: 12 alphabet only. eg: My company name is SpacePlus, I will enter SP.

  4. Do the captcha provided to prove you are not a robot.
  5. Click “Sign Up for FREE”.
  6. A verification code will be sent to your email. Please check your email for this code.
  7. Key in your verification code and click “Verify”
  8. Once verified, you may proceed to login.

Frequently Asked Questions

When I click the "Dont have and account? Sign up free" button, the page crashes

Proceed to refresh the page instead of clicking the “Back To Home” button.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password during log-in, proceed to click the ‘Forgot Password’ button. Provide your relevant information and complete the verification process. An email will be sent to you to reset your password.

I want to change my log-in information. How do I do it?

To change your log-in information, click your profile in the top right corner and select My Account.

Then, adjust your information as deemed necessary and click Submit.

Can I change the company domain later on?

Unfortunately, no you may not.

The company domain will be utilized for the running number of tenancies, invoices, expenses and other relevant documents. Hence, this is not changeable.
